- Plus Parts & Sundries: The estimates above cover our professional labor. Any parts (the socket, the light fitting) and "sundries" (screws, connectors, cable) are charged additionally.
- Standard vs. Fancy: These estimates are for standard "straight-swap" replacements. If you’ve bought a complex, heavy chandelier that requires extra measuring, lining up, or structural support, we simply move to our transparent hourly rate to ensure it’s done perfectly.
## The "Safety First" Human Touch
