How we work

Making a call

Give us a call during office hours and we'll be able to help you with the next step of your enquiry. We will let you know what we can do to help you and possibly get a quote there and then. If it is an urgent issue needing an emergency call out then you will be supplied with a price for call out and our hourly rate. If it is just a quote then we will require some basic details.

Getting written quotes

If you require a written quote, we will schedule the nearest, most conveniently available site visit. We will then come out to see you to see what it is you need doing and you will receive a written quotation within 5-7 days.

As you may well know, for a lot of people, reviews and word of mouth contribute to a large part of finding the right goods/services online. If you were happy with our services please review us on Google, Facebook, CheckATrade or any of our online platforms. If for whatever reason you were not happy with our service, please contact us and we will sort it out.

Electrical Estimates

We can provide estimates Monday through to Friday if necessary, and arrange site survey visits over the weekend and evenings. In urgent emergency cases and availability permitting if critical, we will endeavour to start work immediately. The purpose of a site survey visit is to enable our estimators to evaluate the scope of the works, providing you with a comprehensive breakdown of the costs and timescale. Dependent on the nature of your enquiry & your location if you proceed with any works, any charge made for your estimate, shall deduct from the final invoice. In the majority of cases, there is not a charge for an estimate.
